Robert Hamlin is the Stanton Youngberg Professor of Physiology/Pharmacology, a Professor of Biomedical Engineering and a Professor at the Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute, Ohio State University.
He is Scientific Director of QTest Labs. His research interests are safety pharmacology, comparative electrocardiography, cardiopulmonary interactions in the genesis of signs and symptoms, models of heart failure and arrhythmia, cardiac resynchronization therapy, and pulmonary mechanics.
He was Past President and Chairman of the Board of the ACVIM, Past President of the Central Ohio Heart Association, recipient of an NIH Career Development Award, and received Distinguished Professor and Distinguished Lecture Awards at The Ohio State University.
Dr. Hamlin has published over 300 refereed research publications and 18 textbook chapters on cardiovascular medicine, and cardiovascular physiology and pharmacology.
